Established in 1977, the Nebraska Soil and Water Conservation Fund provides state financial assistance to Nebraska landowners installing approved soil and water conservation measures. Administered at the state level by the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources the fund is coordinated by the state's 23 Natural Resources Districts at the local level with technical assistance provided by the Natural Resources Conservation Service. The fund shares the costs of installing conservation practices needed to help protect Nebraska's valuable soil and water resources. For more information on this fund, contact your local Natural Resources District or the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources .
